Terms of Use
These terms define the software license and responsibilities when using third-party sources and content.
1. Service
NEXO IPTV is a media player for Windows and Samsung Smart TV developed by Nexo_Soft. It does not include, provide, host, resell, recommend, or broker channels, IPTV playlists, movies, series, or other content.
2. License and trial
NEXO Basic for Windows is free and limited. NEXO Pro unlocks the features shown in its offer. On Samsung Smart TV, the first successful playback starts a complete 30-day device-bound trial; a valid subscription or code is required afterward.
3. Authorized sources
You must provide your own source, hold valid permission for all content, comply with copyright and territorial restrictions, protect credentials, and configure parental controls where needed. Piracy, unauthorized access, DRM circumvention, fraud, illegal retransmission, and distribution are prohibited.
4. Third-party services
Operation depends on the device, internet connection, hardware, and selected source. Catalog, EPG, quality, availability, and connection limits are controlled by third parties.
5. Downloads and recording
Downloads and recording are available only on Windows and only when permitted by the rights holder, provider, and applicable law. The Samsung TV edition does not provide downloads or live-TV recording.
6. Billing
Prices, currency, taxes, renewal, cancellation, regional availability, and refunds follow the published offer and the applicable store or Stripe terms, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. A TV license is activated only after payment is confirmed.
7. Advertising and codes
The current Basic edition contains only NEXO promotions outside playback. Pro removes that area. Samsung TV has no ads during its complete trial or with an active license. Promotional codes may be temporary or permanent and may be suspended for fraud or abuse.
8. Responsibility and contact
